The Predominant Elements for Strategic CSR Implementation in SMEs

Research on strategic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is still not many number, particularly, developing countries. Although SMEs play an important role economic development, this sector has received less attention research its competitiveness through social responsibility. According to previous literature, have unconsciously practiced responsibility but been integrated their strategy. The same condition also occurred Badung district, Bali, where they practice running business as embodiment of a philosophy based religious teachings. However, type CSR yet made positive contribution competitiveness. This study attempts answer what elements are required obtain Interpretive Structural Modeling methodology was implemented the located Regency, Bali . finds that integration into SMEs’ strategy focused new paradigm improve way thinking can be achieved by intensively socializing benefits education, relevant policy collaboration between related stakeholders.
